Payment Info
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival.
Please note that the deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after this period will result in the deposit being forfeited.

How can I book an apartment?
Booking an apartment on this site is quick, easy and simple. You need to click on the "Book" button, then select the desired arrival date and then the desired departure date in the calendar. In the next step, you will be asked for the information required for the reservation (name and surname, country, e-mail address). You will need to read and agree to our House Rules and Privacy Policy and click to confirm.
Which paying methods do you accept?
When booking an apartment, you can pay the deposit by credit card or direct bank transfer to our bank account. The rest of the price is payable upon arrival by cash.
How can I cancel a reservation?
The reservation can be canceled at any time, but only those who cancel the reservation at least 31 days before the agreed arrival are entitled to a refund of the advance payment.
What are the rules about kids?
There are no age restrictions. It is possible to bring children, but please note that the apartments do not have special cots.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are generally not allowed, but we can make exceptions for some apartments and upon special request. If this is important to you, please check the apartment features, choose one that allows pets, and make a special request to us. You can do this in the special requests box when booking.
