House Rules

The house rules determine the conditions of stay at Jankovic Apartments in Vodice, Croatia. By confirming the reservation, the guest declares that he has read, understood and accepted these rules. Violation of the rules listed here may result in additional fees.

We accept special requests, but please note that they are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Prices and discounts

The prices for overnight stays in apartments shown on the home page and in the "Apartments" section are standard prices that apply throughout most of the year. However, due to seasonal differences in demand, some apartments may have a special price during certain parts of the season, so the price may sometimes be lower or higher than the standard price. Before booking an apartment, the guest should check the prices by date, which he can do by clicking on "View more" under the desired apartment. Before submitting the reservation, the guest is informed of the full price of the overnight stay for the apartment he booked.

The guests are entitled to a 10 percent discount from the total price if they subscribe to our mailing list. An additional 10 percent of the advance payment amount is obtained if they choose the method of payment by bank transfer.

Check-in

Allowed check-in time: between 3pm and 11pm

Upon arrival, the guest is required to show an ID card or other official document with a photo (e.g. driver's license or passport) and a credit card.

Guests should inform us of the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check-out

The guests are obliged to check out of the apartment on the agreed day of departure between 0am and 11am.

Payment and cancellation rules

When booking an apartment, the guest pays a deposit of 30% of the total price. This can be done on this page by credit card or direct bank transfer. The guest pays the remaining part of the price upon arrival. Accepted payment methods upon arrival: cash and bank transfer.

Guests can cancel the reservation at any time, but they have the right to refund the advance payment only if they cancel the reservation at least 30 days before the agreed arrival.

Rules regarding children

There are no age restrictions. Children are welcome in our apartments. However, there are no available beds for children currently.

Parties and quiet hours

Loud parties are not allowed. We ask guests to be quiet between 10pm and 8am.

Pets

In some of our apartments pets are allowed on request. If it is important to you, please check the characteristics of particular apartment before submitting reservation and make a request for particular pet in the "Special request" box when making order.

Payment Info

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival.
Please note that the deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after this period will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Frequent questions

How can I book an apartment?

Booking an apartment on this site is quick, easy and simple. You need to click on the "Book" button, then select the desired arrival date and then the desired departure date in the calendar. In the next step, you will be asked for the information required for the reservation (name and surname, country, e-mail address). You will need to read and agree to our House Rules and Privacy Policy and click to confirm.

Which paying methods do you accept?

When booking an apartment, you can pay the deposit by credit card or direct bank transfer to our bank account. The rest of the price is payable upon arrival by cash.

How can I cancel a reservation?

The reservation can be canceled at any time, but only those who cancel the reservation at least 31 days before the agreed arrival are entitled to a refund of the advance payment.

What are the rules about kids?

There are no age restrictions. It is possible to bring children, but please note that the apartments do not have special cots.

Can I bring pets?

Pets are generally not allowed, but we can make exceptions for some apartments and upon special request. If this is important to you, please check the apartment features, choose one that allows pets, and make a special request to us. You can do this in the special requests box when booking.

Do you accept special requests?

Yes. You can send us special requests in the field provided when booking an apartment on this page or you can send them to us later by e-mail: info@apartments-jankovic-vodice.com. Please note that some requests may affect the price.
