How can I book an apartment?
Booking an apartment on this site is quick, easy and simple. You need to click on the "Book" button, then select the desired arrival date and then the desired departure date in the calendar. In the next step, you will be asked for the information required for the reservation (name and surname, country, e-mail address). You will need to read and agree to our House Rules and Privacy Policy and click to confirm.
Which paying methods do you accept?
When booking an apartment, you can pay the deposit by credit card or direct bank transfer to our bank account. The rest of the price is payable upon arrival by cash.
How can I cancel a reservation?
The reservation can be canceled at any time, but only those who cancel the reservation at least 31 days before the agreed arrival are entitled to a refund of the advance payment.
What are the rules about kids?
There are no age restrictions. It is possible to bring children, but please note that the apartments do not have special cots.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are generally not allowed, but we can make exceptions for some apartments and upon special request. If this is important to you, please check the apartment features, choose one that allows pets, and make a special request to us. You can do this in the special requests box when booking.
Do you accept special requests?
Yes. You can send us special requests in the field provided when booking an apartment on this page or you can send them to us later by e-mail: info@apartments-jankovic-vodice.com. Please note that some requests may affect the price.
